Investment Banking Internship: CHECK!

I did it. I landed an investment banking summer internship for the summer of 2022. This was not a solo affair and could not have happened without the amazing help from second-year students, the Master’s Career Center, and my first-year classmates. Investment banking recruiting is one of the first (if not THE first) recruiting cycles […]

Recruiting while Working while Going to School

I often joke that I don’t know what “hobbies” are now that I’m in school part-time while working full time. Of course that’s not completely true, I’ll always find time to go hiking and to scope out the newest gelato store in San Diego where I currently live, but it’s true that there are less free hours in the day. Which is why, it’s daunting for many part-time students to think about setting aside any time or mental capacity for recruiting, when they are already balancing work and school (and keeping alive children or pets).

Hello past/current/future/potential Tepperonians, I’ve volunteered to become a Tepper blogger for several reasons a) I love to write about my experiences and opinions. This is evident in my years of Yelp Elite status where I’ve written over 300 reviews on the platform. b) I had a great internship experience and would love to share it […]

The Product Manager Internship – Expectations vs Reality

This summer I was fortunate enough to enjoy an internship in one of the top rising MBA careers – Product Management at a Tech firm. I had a great experience that exceeded all of my expectations of what an internship might be and thought some things would be worth sharing, especially if it helps any prospective MBA product managers out there.
