About Lauren D'Souza
Lauren is an artist-turned-entrepreneur with a passion for designing and promoting game-changing ideas. A 2013 graduate of Georgetown University, Lauren worked as a marketer in an early-stage venture capital firm before launching her own marketing agency geared toward early-stage startups and VCs. At Tepper, Lauren has focused her pursuits on marketing and entrepreneurship. She put those skills to use this summer at Johnson & Johnson, where she developed a global pricing strategy through the company's Marketing Leadership Development Program.
Lauren serves on the boards of Tepper's Marketing Club, Graduate Entrepreneurship Club, and Astronautics Club, and is the marketing lead for CMU's Hyperloop team. She also works in the Tepper Admissions office and Accelerate Leadership Center, and serves as a 2017 Tepper Consortium liaison. In her spare time, she enjoys teaching herself Mandarin and anything with bacon.
