Anita grew up in Taipei, Taiwan, where she attended an international high school. She holds a B.S. in Human Biology and a B.A. in Economics from University of California, San Diego. She has experience working in Research & Development, Project Management, and Operations in biotechnology startups prior to joining Tepper for her MBA.
Passionate and committed to science, she recruited for biotechnology/pharmaceutical companies during her first year of MBA and accepted a finance internship at her dream company, Genentech (A Member of the Roche Group). In her role, she thinks strategically and advises the business financially to ultimately deliver drugs and therapies to patients.
At Tepper, she is the VP of Finance in the Healthcare Club and on the advisory board for Tepper Consulting Club. She is also involved with other student clubs such as Asian Business Association and Graduate Finance Association. Academically, she has concentrations in finance, strategy, and organizational behavior.
Outside of school and work, she enjoys trying out different restaurants and critiquing them as she is a Yelp Elite. She also enjoys going to ballet performances as she is an avid amateur ballet dancer.
